In the unlikely event that you choose to cancel, your subscription remains active for the remainder of your paid billing period. When the billing period ends, your cancellation is effective, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the platform.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Monthly plans are refundable within 30 days. If you cancel a monthly plan subscription, your subscription remains active for the remainder of your paid billing period. Annual plans are refundable within 30 calendar days of an automatic renewal billing (i.e., after the trial and after the first annual renewal). Annual plans are non-refundable within the first year’s billing period. If you cancel an annual subscription during the first year, your subscription remains active for the remainder of your paid billing period.
Additionally, we offer a range of one-time cost products, such as Live Webinars, Courses and Challenges, which do not involve subscriptions but rather a one-time payment for access. These products are non-refundable once purchased and access is not indefinite and may have a limited duration.
